SYNTHESIS & INTERPRETATION

Interpretation allows us to synthesize the mess of research, data and finding into the beginning of a design solution. These insights show us not only what people do, but why they do it and – most importantly – how we can design an experience to solve their problem. It is also an integral part to create a common understanding between stakeholders who participate in creating the experience.

From user research to user testing, from low- fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes there is a broad range of deliverables. Depending on business needs, the audience, the goals of testing, completeness of the design and tools used to create the prototype, our proven framework will ensure fast and tangible results.

IDEATION & INNOVATION

Different ideation methods and frameworks support in finding new ideas and approaches for innovation. The Ten types of Innovation focuses on the relevant areas that need to be considered for creating new products and services and urges organizations to look beyond the product itself into other ways to innovate, such as brand, channels, services, profit models, etc. Furthermore, companies are encouraged to look into other industries to find inspiration and use precursors they can apply in their own business.

Fresh ideas, clearly laid out and defined for each relevant area within the Ten Types framework help businesses to kick-start their new business models, products and services.

PROTOTYPING

As a joint team we develop information architecture and wireframes, based on initial use cases and storyboards. Develop low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes by using state-of-the-art prototyping tools. We will work together on iterative testing cycles which allows for quick changes to the prototypes.
